  • Tim and Faith's home in Beverly Hills sold for $9 million dollars

    ~~ Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have sold their Beverly Hills Home for $9.5 million, a discount price, considering they were originally asking $14.8 million. 

    The couple bought the 10,500 square foot home back in 2003 for $6.2 million but put the property up for sale in 2008.  The house features six bedrooms, 7 1/2 bathrooms, a gym, and nearly 5 acres and is the same house that was robbed in 2007.

  • Tracy Lawrence'd dog was stolen

    Someone stole Tracy Lawrence's dog, Tank. Right out of his truck. Apparanetly he is devasted by this. Tank has been everywhere w. him for the last m2 years, even the CMA awards in 2008 and I even got to meet him. Tank got more attention than Tracy did

    Tracy stopped at a Walgreens outside his home in Mt. Juliet for about 15 minutes and came out and Tank was gone..Click her for the story

    I love the Teen Choice Awards! This is the first year that country music is being represented at the Teen Awards...thank you Taylor Swift, Kelli Pickler and Carrie Unnderwood!

    Gloriana, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland and the Zac Brown Band will compete at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards for the Choice Music: Country Group honors.

    Taylor Swift was the 2009 Teen Choice winner in the all-genre Choice Female Artist category. She's up for the same award again this year, along with Choice Female Country Artist. This is the first time the country genre has had its own breakout categories at the show.

    The Teen Choice Awards honors the year's biggest achievements in music, movies, sports, television and fashion, as voted on by teens ages 13 through 19. The winners are awarded with authentic surfboards.

    This year's ceremony, hosted by Katy Perry, will take place in Los Angeles on August 8. The show will air the following day on FOX at 8:00 PM ET.

    KENNY CHESNEY-$50 Million he made between 2009 and 2010!! Corona was a major player in his money-making, taking in about $1.6 million per show in the summer of 2009. Another big sponsor is Mastercard!

    TOBY KEITH-Took in $30 million for concerts and private concerts. He has also made millions from his chain of restaurants and publishing royalties and of course, we can't forget about his endorsement from Ford!!

    TAYLOR SWIFT-$48 million dollars! She is the most lucrative female country artist. She played 100 live dates which took $30 million.  She has big deals with companies like CoverGirl, Sony, l.e.i jeans at WalMart and a deal to write greeting cards for Halmark!

    RASCAL FLATTS-$45 million! The guys grossed $42 million from their tour of 2009 and they also have a deals w. JC Penny and Hershey

    TIM MCGRAW-Country star turned movie star, Tim McGraw's 2010 concerts have earned nearly $1 million a night. He was the most played country artist in the 2000s. Outback Steakhouse is a major sponsor of his Southern Voice Tour and he's teamed up with Fritos a bunch too!

     

     

  • CMT Award winners and PHOTS on the red carpet..

    Carrie Underwood was the big winner at the 2010 CMT Music Awards last night.

    She took home CMT Performance of the Year for her live rendition of 'Temporary Home' from the CMT special, 'Invitation Only: Carrie Underwood.' She also won the night's biggest prize -- Video of the Year, for 'Cowboy Casanova.'



    Miranda Lambert was honored for Female Video of the Year for 'White Liar,' in an upset win over frontrunner Taylor Swift ('You Belong With Me'), Carrie Underwood ('Cowboy Casanova') and Reba McEntire ('Consider Me Gone').



    Male Video of the Year honors went to Keith Urban for 'Til Summer Comes Around.'

    Lady Antebellum were the Group Video winners with their smash hit, 'Need You Now.' And the soon-to-split Brooks and Dunn take home their last CMT Award as a duo, for 'Indian Summer.'

    Keith Urban won male video of the year for "'Til Summer Comes Around." After sending a shoutout to his wife, actress Nicole Kidman, he spoke about the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

    Keith said, "I want to send my deepest love to all the families around the gulf, who are going for an insane time right now."

    A few minutes later Urban lit up the stage with a scorching guitar duel with John Mayer as the two played "Hit The Ground Runnin'."

    Host Kid Rock was joined on stage by surprise guest Hank Williams Jr., Trace Adkins, Zac Brown, Jamey Johnson, Randy Houser, Martina McBride and Kellie Pickler for a medley of "Cowboy," "Bawitdaba" and "Good Ol' Boys."



    Kid Rock called Williams, "My rockin' rebel father Bocephus," before saying: "Does anybody realize how hard it is to get Bocephus out of the house? I don't think you understand this. The party has just begun."

    The surprises continued later when "Saturday Night Live" star Kenan Thompson showed up in a green dress and red wig doing his Reba McEntire impersonation. He sang a few lines of a Reba song, then was joined on stage by Reba, who also wore a green dress.

    Reba asked, "What are you doing?"

    Thompson shouted, "I'm Reba! R to the E to the B to the A. Reba!"

    After MidNite With Blair Garner team members gave Carrie Underwood, of the Grand Ole Opry team, and her fiancé, Ottawa Senators player Mike Fisher some down-home gifts, including cups from Gloriana, bowls from David Nail and a cutting board from Josh Thompson.

    Luke Bryan joked, “Here’s thank-you cards. I couldn’t afford a bag. Enjoy signing your autograph more."
