They brought you Susan Boyle. Now, "Britain's Got Talent" has found another unlikely star:  81-year-old Janey Cutler.

  • Single Ladies..Here ya go!

    Posted by Charli McKenzie

    from dating expert Carly Spindel.

    1. Eat Out
Busy, single men don’t have time to cook. When they are tired and hungry after work, they dine out at restaurants. So if you want to meet a new man, try a new restaurant at least once a week.

    2. Join a Gym
Gyms are places where all body conscious men go to let off some steam. If you meet a man at the gym you can see what he really looks like when he’s all sweaty. If he looks good in gym clothes, he’ll look great in real clothes. People who work out are also much happier (translation: a better partner to be with).

    3. Pay Attention To Your Pet
The sun is out and love is in the air. People are outside enjoying the weather. Take the opportunity to give your dog some extra attention and go to the park. If you don’t have a dog, borrow one. Many men think of dogs as soul mates (who else better understands their zest for the simple things in life?) and will often frequent dog runs. If a man sees a woman walking a cute dog, he will most likely start talking to her.

    4. Fix Things
Home Depot is the worst place in the world. Guys consider it their inner handyman Mecca. Men love fixing and building things, so Home Depot (or Lowes) stores are always filled with an array of manly men.

    5. Start To Love Toys
Men love toys. The bigger the boat and the faster the engine, the more powerful the guy will be. The same way women love fashion shows, guys love toy shows. Car and boat shows are places where single men are like a flock to a shepherd. If you attend a car or boat show, pick up on the finer things in life (um, Ferraris anyone?), while meeting a man to drive it.

    6. Wash Your Car
Speaking of cars, most men love their four-wheelers and they like them to appear brand new. Car washes were usually filled with men, and pretty hot ones sometimes.

    7. Be Tech-Friendly
Men love technology and are always looking for new phones. If you want to meet a tech-friendly type of guy, frequent a Verizon, Sprint, or AT&T store.

    8. Pick Up a Sport
Do you like tennis or golf? Well, start to love them both! Being active will boost your confidence and help you stay fit. Golf courses and tennis clubs are places that men go to with their friends. If you join one, you can better your game and meet new people.

    9. Start Reading
Reading is a great way to escape your day-to-day troubles. Go to a bookstore and kill two birds with one stone – find a book and a brand new man. Some men love to learn and are always looking for reading material. If you’re browsing the same aisle, then you know you have something in common.

    10. Get Cultured
Experience a typical New York moment by going to a museum. There are new exhibits opening all the time. If you meet a man at a museum, chances are he is interesting and cultured. You can also brush up on some art history while looking for that prospective boyfriend or husband.

  • Betty Whit on SNL...skits that didn't make it

    Posted by Charli McKenzie

Betty White helped "Saturday Night Live" reach its largest TV audience in 18 months.

'SNL' averaged an 8.8 rating in cities where viewership is measured overnight, up 66% from last year's 5.3 rating, and the highest overnight rating for "SNL" since November 1, 2008 when Senator John McCain was a special guest during his presidential campaign.

Final audience figures will be released today.

88 year-old Betty White joked in her opening monologue that "in 1952, we didn't want to do (TV) live, we just didn't know how to tape things."

Fans had launched a Facebook campaign to get 'SNL' producers to bring her on as guest host. She joked,  "Now that I know what it is, it felt like a huge waste of time."

White also joked at the Facebook feature of "pokes" or "poking," which people use to attract other users. White said back in her day, "poking" was something people did on a moonlit hay ride -- typically under a blanket.

In a radio talk show skit, "Delicious Dish", White showed off her muffins. Playing the grandma of fictional Hollywood action star "MacGruber," she teased him about his manhood and breast reduction surgery.

There were 4 skits that made it to rehearal but not to the final show...

  • Can't Be Tamed-Miley Cyrus

Here is the the new video for Miley Cyrus. Let me ask you if you were her parent and she was 17-would you allow her to sing and act like this? I am the farthest thing from a prude, but I would forbid Presley to cut a video like this while she was still under 18. What are you thinking Billy Ray?

Yesterday, Kenny Chesney posted a photo on Twitter of himself nearly knee-deep in water.

He can be seen holding a white electric guitar while standing next to a small motorboat filled with several items, including a plastic storage box and a guitar case.

Kenny Tweeted, "Sending Anderson Cooper footage of my house under water".

The floods damaged the Grand Ole Opry House and Soundcheck, a rehearsal space where Keith Urban and other artists store their gear.

  • Chely Wright to come announce she is gay

    Posted by Charli McKenzie

Am I surprised, yes...Do I care, no..I've always been a fan of her.  It will just be interesting to see how country music fans will take this. We have never had a mainstream country artist come out of the closet..

I got this story from TMZ

TMZ has learned the big "coming out" announcement planned for this week will be ... country star Chely Wright.

There's been a big buzz over the last week as to which celeb was announcing he/she was gay ... we knew it was going to be unveiled in PEOPLE mag next week.  But now TMZ knows for sure.

Wright has a book coming out this week as well -- it's called, "Like Me."  And she has a CD coming out too -- called "Lifted Off the Ground."

The 39-year-old singer scored a #1 country song back in 1999 with "Single White Female," when she was named Academy of Country Music new artist of the year.

Wright is the first major country artist ever to come out.  She has been romantically linked to a number of celebs, including Brad Paisley.

This is a big deal in the country world.  Chely is rolling the dice on her career ... it's unclear how traditionally-conservative country fans will react.

Too bad for you guys, she's a hottie
