  • My Encounter with Al Capone's Grave

    Posted by Jess Kelley

Ok some of you might have known I was off Monday for my great Uncles Funeral. Well if you didn't know that, now you do.

Anyways, I have the craziest story for ya.

Well, It might be hard to explain but here goes nothing.

Yesterday after the funeral I stopped to visit my grandmas grave. She is buried at Mt. Olivet in Chicago IL.

When I told my cousin he said, "Wait! That is where Al Capone is buried."

So of course he had to join me too!

What we both didn't know, and later found out, was that Al Capone's grave was later moved to Hilllside Cemetery. Well his stone wasn't moved, just him and his families 'remains' were later moved cause of vandalism.

Well here is where the story gets good.

See this picture below?! This is a google image of Al Capone's first grave stone. After I found my grandmas grave I wanted to find Al Capone. We asked a young kid who was working there but he wouldn't tell us.

That's when I found this image below...

This part might get confusing but I will try to explain it the best I can. I found this image...but the thing is, I found this image while sitting in my parked car. Want to know where my car was??

    Look at the next picture...

The picture on the left is the first Google image. The image on the right is where I found image number 1!!! I was sitting in my car. YES! That is right, I was right NEXT TO HIS GRAVE! Ok, it might not sound crazy but this cemetery is HUGE! Over 145,000 people are buried here.

So I was sitting in my car trying to find info on Al Capone but couldn't find nothing about the exact location. The only thing I knew was what it looked like. I didn't have any idea I was right next to it.

We got out and took pictures (Yes weird) and then it started DOWN POURING!! Al Capone was mad. :/ but he couldn't have been too mad, I mean...I think he was helping us find it.

(My cousin Grant doing is 'mob' pose.)

Notice the white marks on the grave? They were pictures but people stole them. We also noticed a lot of scuff marks from people trying to steal pieces of the headstone.

So that's my story. I still can't believe it. Its amazy that we found it so fast.

  • Video: Wisconsin Guys Trap Deer and Put a Shirt on it

    Posted by Jess Kelley

Did you hear about the guys from Oak Creek trapping a deer and putting a bright yellow shirt on it?

Of course it would be 3 Wisconsin guys! Here is the video..

At least the deer wasn't hurt. In the video they said the shirt is no longer on the deer. It must have been torn off by branches.

Do you know these guys? Who might even be Jon, Matt and JR! ...Just kidding its not, we dont' need to get them in trouble.

I tried to find the original video online but couldn't. I'm sure that was the first thing they did was remove it.

I love when they have past Idol contestants come back to where it all started. Its gotta be pretty surreal for them.

Here is Kelly Clarkson singing her new single "People Like Us"

Now the youngest sexiest voice ever is... Scotty McCreery. (Yes its odd saying that) ha

Here is his new single... "See You Tonight"

It's nice to hear that he's going to school still even though he is a American Idol champ/Country Singer.

Way to go Scotty! Can't wait to hear more music.
