Chicken Corn Scallop

 1 1/2 pound of Chicken cooked and shredded (Save Cooking Broth)

1 Can of Corn

6 oz shredded cheddar cheese

4 Tbsp of butter

1 Cup of Flour

3 Cups hot chicken broth 

1 tsp salt

Mix butter/flour/broth/salt together. Cook over medium heat til thick and bubbly (stir often so it doesn't burn)  Then mix with corn/cheese/chicken in casserole dish. Top with Bread crumbs and drizzle with additional melted butter over top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
