This is like finding the Holy Grail!! Great Fast Food tips..of course, to not gain weight I just wouldn't stop at any fast food restaurant...PERIOD!  But, if your like me-its sometimes quikc and easy..I know, Im naughty too

Secret #1: Don't fall for combos

It's the cheapest way for excess sugar, salt and lard to get you fat in a hurry. Just say no.

Secret #2: Chew it over

A study found that chewing each bite for 3 extra seconds could help you eat fewer calories overall. That's because the extra chewing helps your brain register the food and helps you feel full faster.

Secret #3: Beware the "health halo"

The health halo is the misguided assumption that meals served from "healthy" chains are always better for you than those served from unhealthy ones. A study asked people at Subway and McDonald's to estimate the number of calories in their meals. Both underestimated the actual amount, but the people who ate at Subway were off by a lot more. That's because when people are seduced by the promise of a healthy meal, they tend to order more food.

Secret #4: Side with Wendy's Chili

A small chili at Wendy's provides 25 percent more food and three times more belly-filling protein. Plus, it saves you 320 calories. Put it together with a Jr. Cheeseburger for a fast food meal with fewer than 500 calories.

Secret #5: Give milk shakes the cold shoulder

The milk shake consists of liquefied sugar and liquefied fat. It rarely carries less than 700 calories and usually have well over a thousand. If you need a dessert, head to the ice cream shop. Single-scoop cones are about 200 calories.

Secret #6: Beware the deli "salad"

On a deli menu, a salad means chicken, egg, or tuna in a bunch of fatty mayo. Just say no.

Secret #7: Think thin (crust)

The biggest problem with pizza is the oily bread on the bottom. Switch over to a thin crust and you burn 360 calories.

Secret #8: Order a cappuccino over a latte

Cappuccinos are built with a base of steamed milk, which means more air and fewer calories.

Secret #9: Go Fresco at Taco Bell

No single item has more than 340 calories and they all come with a stomach-filling blend of protein and fiber.

Secret #10: Choose bacon over sausage

Bacon takes sausage every time. At Dunkin' Donuts, ordering a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich on English Muffin has 150 fewer calories than the same sandwich built with sausage.
