So most of you know, I have been doing Yoga for the past few months. I LOVE it.
Well the amazing women that run Midwest Power Yoga also got me to start a 21 day cleanse. YES a 21 day cleanse.
You might think I'm crazy. I know i might be a little crazy but I'm really excited to start.
I think this will be good for me. Start eating better and be more consious of what I am putting in my mouth. Instead of just eating because I'm bored.
Don't get me wrong I will miss my Taco Bell and bread, and meat and ice cream and chips..etc BUT its just 21 days.
One thing about this cleanse is that their is no RULES! (I LIKE THAT) If I am really craving something sweet and an apple isn't do it for me. Then I can have another option. I can go with serbert or ice cream just in moderation. So cheating is allowed. I just can't beat myself up for it.
So basically for the next 21 days my diet will consist of SOUP, JUICE, SALAD, VEGGIES and Fruit. ALL homemade!
