How is this possible. Oh I know alcohol!!
This 21 year old Minnesota man was found on the top of the Wisconsin Capitol building passed out drunk.
You might ask, how did he get there?
Well he broke in of course, by smashing a window to enter. Then he took a fire extinguisher and broke another window.
That is where he ended up on the 4th floor roof. Man he's lucky he didn't fall off.
He was arrested and is due for court next week.
