Unfortunatly last night during the show Luke told the audience that Katlyn Smith passed away earlier in the day. Kaitlyn is one of the girls that he dedicated his album to.

There wasn't a dry eye in the house and it just broke my heart. It was an amazing moment to share with everyone there.

Man cancer is an awful thing! Especially for children. This is why I love helping out St Jude Children's Research Hospital. It just breaks my heard that any child would have to go through chemo or radiotion.
This is a video from two years ago. He talks about Kaitlyn being cancer free ;( Well that didn't last long.
This is why we do so much with ST Jude. I'm not sure if she was a St Jude patient but either way she was still a young girl who had the biggest fight of her life. Our Raditothon is Thursday so lets make it the best it has ever been. DONATE
