First of all congrats to all the seniors out there that graduated this past weekend. Truth be told I didn't even realize it was graduation weekend until the morning show was about wrapped up on Friday. Score one for preparedness. But you can get research and show prep on literally EVERY other radio show. Only on B93 mornings can you get the type of fly by the seat of your pants/make it up as you go radio you've come to expect. Anyhow after I became aware of that fact I got a little sentimental and busted out my old graduation photo album when I got done with work and took a trip down memory lane. Yeah read that again. A photo album. If you're under the age of 22 that was a binder thing that we used to have to physically put our photos in. Had to get them 'developed' and wait like an hour to see them. Stuff was brutal.

In any case for those that are on their way to college, get ready for the greatest 4-9 years of your life! The reason I posted this video is because I think it best sums up the college experience in 56 seconds or less. There is a 400% chance that these guys skipped class all day  week and practiced the chugging of and filming of 'ragu chug.' Probably storyboarded the whole thing out too. Made powerpoints and everything. And what came of it? A brilliant piece of film and a GPA a full point lower than it could have been. Double win. So drink it in while you can, because when you grow up spending days chugging gigantic bottles of Ragu is not only not revered, it's actually frowned upon. Yeah growing up is for suckers. Bonus word: college.
