From the Reuters:

In Stamford, Connecticut witnesses got quite a show when two men dressed as Spider-Man and Captain America got into a fight. According to Reuters, what started the physical altercation is unknown, but a woman dressed as Poison Ivy was also involved. Police arrested all three comic characters.

Is this what the world is coming to? Super hero on super hero violence? And you don't have to be Columbo to solve the mystery of 'what started the physical altercation.' Obviously this is all on Poison Ivy. Just struttin around in that green leaf outfit of her's in front of Captain America and Spiderman and before you know it it's all out war. I've seen it a thousand times. In any case this article got me thinking today of who would win an actual fight between Captain America and Spiderman. Like if these two are thrown in a steel cage, who comes out on the other side. And, yes, these are the things I spend my time thinking about during the day. To say I'm Peter Panning my life would be a massive understatement.

Spiderman

Height:5'10

Weight: 167 lbs.

Abilites: Web slinging, 6th spidey sense, strong, agile

Captain America 

Height: 6'2

Weight: 220

Abilites: Super soldier. Strong, fast, intelligent, posseses an indestructible shield

Ultimate outcome? I think I'm going with Captain America 100 times out of 100 here. If Captain America is smart he busts out his iPhone and starts taking pictures of Spidey and Poison Ivy together all while threatening to tag the pics on Spidey's facebook for Mary Jane to see. Spidey's ultimate shortcoming is his girlfriend. Advantage: Captain America.

PS: Being a cop has to be the most interesting/bizarre job of all time. Like this is a day in the life of a law enforcement officer. Get up, do reports, hit up the squad car, come up on three people dressed as super heroes, break up fight between Captain America and Spiderman over Poison Ivy, arrest all three. Yawn.
