Coming up Roses

150% chance that rose was intended for a Northwestern wide out but JJ tipped it, intercepted it with his teeth all while sacking the quarterback and blocking a field goal. I mean how big of a beast is this guy? Like I got a text from a buddy of mine during the game that read as follows:

'how good would JJ Watt look on the other end of Clay Matthews'

.........I mean he needs to watch his poop mouth with statements like that. Like that thought turns me on a little bit (read: a lot.......TMI). Also you know who he reminds me of? WWF's Kane. JJ Watt could EASILY be his doppleganger.

6 of one half dozen of the other if you ask me.

In any case I hesitate to say it's official because the BCS has more plot twists than a choose your own adventure book, but it looks like Bucky is at MINIMUM Rose Bowl bound. Now if we can get upsets of Auburn and Oregon the system would really be thrown into chaos. TCU probably gets in if that happens and Stanford is still ahead of the Badgers in terms of one loss teams so it would appear that the Badgers don't have much wiggle room. But I will fight/write a sternly worded blog to anyone that says the Badgers aren't the best one loss team in the country. And anyone who believes that TCU is deserving of a national championship game appearance probably also thing that camping out for black Friday is 'fun'. They haven't played a legit team all year. And that's not their fault but it doesn't change the fact that it's true. If only there were some way to determine who would be the best team in college football when you have so many quality teams in the top 10......hmmmmmm.

Also I dug back into the blog archives and found one particularily smart/witty/handsome/delusional blogger who wrote this back in mid-August:

All I know is that this Badger team has an actual chance to be in a BCS game for the first time in a long time. Returning QB and WRs, the entire offensive line is back, Jay Valai strikes fear into the hearts of men, and John Clay is a certified beast (see Dayne, Ron). So barring injury I don't see any reason that Bucky can't be picking up women with a Rose Bowl championship ring on. Like he needs it. The rich get richer.

Looks like someone's prediction accuracy rate just went from 1.02% to 1.04% baby! No big deal.

PS: How easy is it write headlines for the Rose Bowl?
