In any case I thought I'd let everyone out there know that tonight the regular season in the NFL FINALLY gets underway. I figured I'd pass along that PSA for them, because honestly I love football, but they just don't promote it enough. Like if I didn't work at a media outlet I probably wouldn't have had any idea that the Saints and Vikings were playing tonight. And did you know Brett Favre is still around? Nuts.

In all seriousness this should be an excellent game tonight, but I think the oddsmakers in Vegas are drunk. Saints -5.5? Yes please! I think this will be close through the first half, but the Saints offense with Brees is just a well oiled machine. Meanwhile Favre is probably back on painkillers and Sidney Rice is out for 8 weeks. The pick? Saints 35-24. Disclaimer: Drew Brees is my fantasy quarterback. But I would never let something like that interfere with my opinions about the outcome of a game. My journalistic integrity is at stake. Also my keyboard just lol'ed as I typed that.

PS: Remember what happened the last time these two teams met? Yeah I it was a little foggy for me too. So just to freshen your memory:
