Video of Japan bribing their way to the silver!

You know what? I'm starting to dig gynmastics. Stockholm syndrome like you read about. I mean sure on the surface it's a 'girly' sport, but the more I watch it the more I'm impressed with it's lack of ethics. You've got 10 year olds competing with fake ids, you've got judges getting bribed with straight cash homey out in the open, it's like the WWE! And I have no idea who this coach is but he can play for my team anyday. Just walked up there like Ted Dibiase with a couple of hundos in his hand like it ain't no thing. 'Sigh, we got the bronze? I'll fix this!' Hops on the horn to (googles Japanese capital)...Tokyo and has Yokozuna wire him a couple of G's. Bingo bango silver medal. And whoever the commentator is here can spare me the riteous indignation of 'why did he have cash in his hand?!' Ummmm newsflash; this is how the world works. Lies and bribbery. Kids the quicker you learn that the faster you'll be on a podium kissing a medal paid for by jeans and iPods assembled by your 12 year old countrymen. (cue NBC the more you know theme)

PS: If it cost Japan a couple of thousand to move up one spot how much would it have cost the American gymnastics team to just get on the podium. A million? Two? Even the Brewer's bullpen called that a meltdown.

Double PS: Missy Franklin is about to take over the world. Straight up dynamic performance last night. Qualifying for one race and then 10 minutes later hopping in and winning gold. Supreme talent, great personality and good looks to boot. Endorsement perfect storm.

Triple PS: Yes I know she's 17, relax Chris Hanson.
