Welp it's been a rough week for female sports fans in Wisconsin. First Aaron Rodgers has a girlfriend (and is definitely NOT short) and now Ryan Braun is engaged! Ladies let me be the first to say I'm sorry for your loss. Or guys too I suppose. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I do sort of feel like Doug Melvin should swing a trade to bring JJ Hardy back just so they can have something. Or Kevin Mench. Either one would do.

Anyhow as expected Facebook and Twitter went crazy with this last night. Funniest comment I saw on Twitter about this was 'awwwww I was holding out hope for him and Aaron Rodgers' said funny man and blogger extraordinaire Jon Henseler. I guess these two have been dating for a while though. And they made it through that whole 'was I doing steroids or did I have herpes' thing. It's true what they say, the couple that survives an STD allegation together stays together!
