Welp on back to back days news came out that Hooters is closing stores and now Hostess is going out of business. Obama can be happy this came out a week after the election. I mean where were Romney's people on this information. Instead of blah blah blah-ing about Big Bird and working rape into a conversation like it was bet to set a new high score they could have been pointing to two American Icons going out of business. I mean when the auto industry needed to be bailed out, I was concerned but thought we'd get through it. When the housing market collapsed, I figured it wasn't good, but eventually people would buy houses again. But if we can't sell half dressed women slinging over priced domestic beers and mediocre wings we've got problems. If there's no market for processed sugars that contain 20% food, we're doomed. Somewhere a bald eagle just landed on Hacksaw Jim Duggan's shoulder and they both shed a tear. 

PS: You know what? There comes a time in every man's life where he has to stand up for something. Our forefathers stood up against no taxation without representation. William Wallace stood up against the tyranny of English rule. And I'm not going to let two American cornerstones go out of business on my watch! Now if you'll excuse me I'm about to bring some ding dongs to Hooters and save this country one meal at a time. Or go broke and get diabeetus. Either way. Rock flag and eagle!
