Not much news coming from camp on Tuesday, despite a pair of workouts.  A rash of injuries at the linebacker position continues to hamper practices.  Brady Poppinga returned from a concussion but Cyril Obiozor had to step out with a minor injury.  The Packers placed defensive back Josh Bell on injured reserve with a foot injury.  To take his spot, the Packers, for the first time, signed a member of the Green Bay Blizzard arena football team to a contract.  Linebacker Maurice Simpkins was added to the roster.  Simpkins was the IFL's most improved player this summer.
