Sesame Street's Cookie Monster wants to host Saturday Night Live, so the muppet has made an audition tape that's been posted by the PBS children's show on YouTube and Facebook. In the four-minute video, the Cookie Monster says he wants to, quote, "branch out beyond [his] cookie-eating career," and does a mini-episode of SNL, including a short opening monologue, a MacGruber-like sketch called Macarooner, a few Weekend Update jokes, and a musical guest appearance as "Monster Gaga" singing "Cookie Face."
