Rodney Atkins is headlining Nashville's New Year's Eve celebration, Bash on Broadway. In true Music City style, a guitar will drop 80 feet at midnight in place of the traditional sparkly ball. The downtown event is free and open to the public.

Country stars will be playing across the country to help fans ring in 2010. Gary Allan and Merle Haggard are playing Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, while Chris Young has a gig in Dallas. Jack Ingram will be helping fans celebrate the holiday in Corpus Christi, Texas, and Randy Houser will be partying in Kennesaw, Georgia as the clock hits midnight.
