Jesse James' stint in rehab was a short one, if Star magazine is to be believed. The magazine reports Sandra Bullock's husband has already left Arizona's Sierra Tucson treatment center, which he reportedly checked into about 10 days ago. A source tells Star magazine, "It seems Jesse just isn't that serious about rehab after all." 

James' decision to enter rehab came in the wake of numerous reports regarding his alleged affairs with multiple women. His current status with Bullock may be shaky at best, given that there was a moving van spotted in front of the couple's home in Orange County, California on Friday. According to TMZ.com, the van arrived in the evening and departed after about an hour, carrying a couch, a love seat and several boxes.

Sandy, my advice.... get a D-I-V-O-R-C-E!
