Carrie Underwood appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Wednesday and revealed that she and fiancé Mike Fisher have set a wedding date. Unfortunately for Carrie's super fans, it's a date that they're not "openly talking about." Carrie also said they've finalized plans for what she calls "the big hurdles" -- location and catering. Carrie's also got her Play On tour going on these days. She's playing Grand Rapids, Michigan Friday night.
