Sandra Bullock is making major changes in her life.  She tells People magazine in an exclusive interview that she has filed for divorce from husband Jesse James, and that she's adopted a three-and-a-half month old baby boy named Louis.

On ending her five-year marriage to James in the wake of revelations that he allegedly cheated on her numerous times, Bullock tells the magazine, "I'm sad and I am scared."  As for her new son, Louis Bardo Bullock, he was born in New Orleans, and she tells People, "He's just perfect. I can't even describe him any other way.  It's like he's always been a part of our lives."

Bullock says she and James startted the adoption process four years ago and actually brought the baby home in January, but decided to keep the adoption a secret until after the Oscars.  But ten days after the Oscars, Bullock and James separated.  She says she's now going to finalize the adoption as a single parent.

Totally not shocked over divorce but was totally shocked over adoption news!  Totally HAPPY for her!!
