Valentine's Day is coming up this Sunday, and a few country stars are already reflecting on what that holiday means to them. Reba recalls the first Valentine's Day she spent with husband Narvel back in the late '80s. He gave her a diamond tennis bracelet, but she gave him something a little more practical. Reba and Narvel had just bought their place in Gallatin, Tennessee outside Nashville, and Narvel wanted to clear some of the brush off the property. So, Reba presented him with a chainsaw on February 14th.

Reba says, "That went over like a lead balloon because the chain was on backwards." Narvel worked all day and made little progress, so the next day he called some professionals to come finish the job. "I don't know where that chainsaw is today," admits Reba, "but I still got my tennis bracelet!"

Martina McBride and her husband John are partners both personally and professionally. John runs Martina's live sound and is instrumental in putting her concerts together. He also runs one of Nashville's most successful recording studios. Martina calls John her best friend and thinks they compliment each other in so many ways. "He's not afraid to take chances," Martina says. "He's very loyal. He's very smart. He's funny. He makes me laugh every day."

The couple that works and plays together stays together is obviously true with these couples, yeah for love!  ~Vanessa
