Alison Krauss has won more Grammy Awards than any other female artist in history, in any genre, so that makes her opinion on who is the best current female country singer pretty relevant. In an interview with CMT.com, Alison says that honor goes to Lee Ann Womack. "She has such personality and character, and she is so feminine," says Alison. "She doesn't have to prove anything to anybody. She is the sexiest female singer in country music, I think."

Alison is currently in the studio working on her first studio album with Union Station in six years, while Lee Ann is on the road with George Strait and Reba.
