Josh Turner and his wife Jennifer have their hands full these days with two boys under the age of 3. In June, the couple welcomed their second son, Colby, giving big brother Hampton a sibling. Unlike most country stars who have to leave their families behind when they hit the road, Josh, whose wife plays in his band, brings the whole family along.He says that allows him to be very involved in daily daddy duties:

"I'm a very hands-on daddy. They're with me all the time, so it's not like I go to work for nine to five and I'm gone from them all day. I'm with 'em at home and they come with me out on the road so 'bout the only time I'm really away from 'em is when I'm doing radio stuff or going out on the road to do an acoustic show or something."
