Martina McBride and her family are doing a big renovation on their Nashville home. The entire process should take about eight to 10 months, and Martina is excited to put her own stamp on the place. She says, quote, "We bought the house pretty much as is, and have lived there for almost 11 years. It's just time to kind of make it our own." Martina's especially looking forward to her renovated kitchen.

The McBrides have found a great house nearby to live in while all the work is done to their main residence. While moving out, Martina had a chance to really get rid of a lot of the junk her family had accumulated in the last decade. She says, quote, "It really did help me get organized, and I hope that is something that continues."
