Taylor Swift is usually running a mile a minute, so she's especially thankful for some downtime this January. During the break, Taylor has caught up with old friends, played in the show, checked out new coffee shops and celebrated her mom Andrea's birthday with her entire family. This free time has also allowed Taylor to process the amazing success that has come her way in the past few years.

She writes on her MySpace blog, "I've gone over the memories and...floated around with nothing on my schedule other than just appreciating what my life has somehow turned into." Taylor just got a new camera too, and she's posted a few new shots on her MySpace with pals like Hayley Williams of Paramore and Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott.   Of course, Taylor has also been writing new music this month.  She's posted a few pictures on her blog from the record studio where she's working on the follow up to her blockbuster album, Fearless.

She's the cutest and I'm beyond surprised I'm not one bit sick of her cuteness yet.  Most cute artists get on my nerves.  Fast.  Not Tay Tay! ~Vanessa
