Dierks Bentley has been off the road and in the studio for the past two months, so he decided to forgo cutting his curly hair or shaving his beard during that time. Dierks is actually sporting the woolly look in his new driver's license photo -- he says, quote, "I looked like a Neanderthal or something." Three days after Dierks took the photo, he decided it was time to get a trim since he'll be back into the public eye again soon. Dierks says, quote, "I'm kind of halfway through a record I'm making. So, I can kinda see the light of the end of the tunnel." Dierks describes his new album as his most bluegrass-influenced project to date. Look for more details on that in the coming months.

I like Dierks with long curls (above in early January).  I like Dierks with short hair (below last week).  Either way I like Dierks.  ;)  Do you like his hair long or short?  ~Vanessa
