Taylor Swift is featured in the July issue of Marie Claire magazine that hits newsstands next Tuesday. She discusses her "amazing" new tour bus, which is decorated in chocolate brown and Peacock blue. It features a velvet couch, an electric fireplace ("Because I'm always freezing!"), a big champagne marble bathroom, and a treadmill that folds up like a Murphy bed. Her old bus, formerly owned by Cher, was all black and gothic, so Taylor wanted to brighten things up in her new home on the road. 

Swift chats about her skyrocketing career, and shares, "I love having a goal, feeling like I'm on a mission. I love trying to beat what I've done so far." She explains, "I think about my next move 10 steps ahead. I'm always planning three awards shows ahead. For me, planning is a productive way of stressing out about your life." Her next move is readying her next album that's due out this fall. The country princess elaborates, "Right now, the #1 priority in my life is figuring out how to process what I'm feeling and translate it into musical form."

 Taylor insists that her folks believed in her completely, but they didn't ever push her into performing publicly. She shares, "My parents have videos of me on the beach at, like, 3, going up to people and singing Lion King songs for them. I was literally going from towel to towel, saying, 'Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm going to sing 'I Just Can't Wait to Be King' for you now.'"
