Even though their messy divorce was finalized in 2007, Sara Evans and Craig Schelske will meet in a Williamson County, Tennessee courtroom again on March 15th. According to CMT.com, Evans has secured a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband after he apparently made derogatory comments to the media about the circumstances that led to their divorce. The restraining order bars him from making those comments in the future.

Evans dropped out of competition on ABC's Dancing with the Stars around the time she filed for divorce in 2006. Both Evans and Schelske accused each other of having affairs during the marriage, and both parties denied the others' allegations. Evans married Birmingham, Alabama radio talk show host and former University of Alabama quarterback Jay Barker in 2008.
