Brad Paisley  ended his American Saturday Night tour with more of a thud than a bang Saturday night in North Charleston, South Carolina. He was just about to close out the final number, "Alcohol," of the trek's final show when he took a huge spill onstage. Brad got back up and finished the song and was then taken to a nearby hospital. He was badly bruised in the fall but will make a full recovery. He tweeted about the incident, saying, "I really did think I broke a rib or something."

Brad posed for photos with the hospital staff in Charleston and then made it safely home to Nashville. In a Twitter update to his fans Sunday afternoon, Brad writes, "Man am I sore today. You guys should see the bruise." A video of the actual fall has found its way to YouTube, and Brad actually promised a meet and greet to the first person to post the clip. He'll launch his H2O tour in the coming months.
