Blaine Larsen recently headed to the honky tonks on Nashville's Lower Broadway for a photo shoot for People Country's upcoming issue. While there, Blaine actually got out his guitar and played for fans outside Nashville's famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. The folks at Tootsie's were so impressed with his street performance, they actually invited him inside to play a few songs onstage. A few country fans even ordered Blaine a shot of whiskey, which is a huge compliment in that honky tonk setting. Blaine says, "If those kinda country fans wanna do a shot with you, you know you got 'em."

I think Blaine is an extremely underrated singer/songwriter...this guy has got TONS of talent!!  I hope 2010 is his year...he certainly deserves it. ~Vanessa
