Looks like Miley Cyrus won't be making another move into the world of country music anytime soon. In an interview with Parade magazine, Miley admits she's avoiding it. "It feels contrived on so many levels," says Miley, "Unless you're wearing a cowboy hat and cowboy boots and singing and whining about your girlfriend or boyfriend leaving you, it's not going to sell." Miley goes on to say that's why her dad Billy Ray Cyrus got out of country music. "You have to wear those cowboy boots and be sweet as pie," explains Miley. "It makes me nervous, the politics of it all." Miley scored a top-five country hit with her dad in 2007 with "Ready, Set, Don't Go."

Miley, Miley, Miley.  Why do  you make is so hard for me to defend you let alone like you anymore?  My kids adore you and your show and your products and I support their love by letting them watch your show and by purchasing your products.  I'm done defending you.  Every time you open your mouth you make me want to scold you.  You have begun to nauseate me and that is sad.  I hope my girls grow out of you soon because I'm not sure how much longer I can take looking at you let alone listening to your music.  On that note...our COUNTRY radio station plays your songs "The Climb" and "Ready, Set, Don't Go".  I think that should stop.  I'm not sure I can even take my girls to your new movie without wanting to smack some sense in to you as I watch you on the big screen.

What do YOU think of Miley?  ~Vanessa
