Faith Hill performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in New York City earlier this week, and, as always, she looked stunning wearing a dress by the late designer Alexander McQueen. After the performance, Faith commented on how fashion and music intersect in her world, saying, "I think one could not go forward without the other. I think music inspires fashion and vice versa." Faith launched her own perfume last year, and hopefully that foray into fashion will lead her to get creative in the recording studio. Faith's not quite sure when she'll have new music coming out.

As for her husband Tim McGraw he's currently reading about another musical icon. Faith says, "Right now, he's reading a book about Tammy Wynette." Though she didn't say for certain, I'm pretty sure she's referring to the new Jimmy McDonough biography Tammy Wynette: Tragic Country Queen, which hit stores this month.
