Dierks Bentley was hand-picked by Esquire magazine to be featured in their April Music issue, hitting stands March 23rd. Only five musicians were chosen to go to the Shack-Up Inn in Clarksdale, Mississippi for this Esquire fashion shoot with famed photographer Danny Clinch. You can see a preview of the photos and a promo video now at Esquire.com.
The musicians at the shoot were also challenged to write and record an original song using the phrase "Somewhere in Mississippi." Dierks actually wrote a song with that phrase as the title, and it will be available for download at Esquire.com on March 29th for one day only. All of the artists' songs will be released as an EP on April 5th at that website as well.
