Have you noticed that the members of Lady Antebellum have been inked? Charles Kelley got his tattoo in early 2009, and explains why he chose to put a particular phrase from a Beatles song on his right arm:
"It says, 'All your life, you were only waiting for this moment to arise.' And it's from 'Blackbird.' We had just had such an amazing year. All these things have happened and I had kind of an interesting journey... I think my whole life I was waiting for this - it was all leading to this. So, it just means something to me - special. I'm thinking about getting another one too."
Hillary Scott has a music note inked on her right foot, and she also has the number 14 tattooed on her right wrist. She explains why that number has a double meaning for her:
"It is just a really special number to me. It's the age difference between me and my only sibling, my little sister. I want to be like her when I grow up [laughs]. She's very confident in who she is and her personality and she's just amazing. It's also the year [age] that I really felt called to sing and do this for a living, so it's just a constant reminder of being called to do this, and then also my little sister is with me all the time."

Dave Haywood was mum about the topic of tattoos, but Charles let the cat out of the bag revealing, "Dave has one on his rear end!" Hillary quips, "We won't make him show it to you though."
