The massive flooding in Nashville over the weekend forced Dierks Bentley to cancel two dates on his Up on the Ridge tour. The Sunday night show in Knoxville was called off, as was the Monday night show in Charlottesville, Virginia. Says Dierks, "For the safety of my band, crew and their families back here in Nashville, we are parking the buses and not going to try and attempt the trip East." Dierks hopes to reschedule both shows soon.  In the meantime, tickets for these shows will be refunded.

Dierks also posted a message on Twitter, saying, "Hate to cancel shows...Might be a first, but Nashville is a disaster. All of our houses are messed up." Dierks also posted a picture of himself scooping water out of his basement Sunday.

Naomi Judd called in to Nashville's ABC-TV affiliate WKRN to say a fence had fallen at Wynonna's property in Williamson County and six of Wynonna's buffalo had escaped.

Here are some other tweets from celebrities about the massive flooding in Nashville:

Reba: "Lots of prayers are going up for everyone affected by the weather. I've never seen this much rain and water! Wow!"

Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts: "Nashville is a disaster area! I've never seen anything like this!!"

John Rich: "Seven feet deep in Granny Rich's basement! Fire department is picking her up in a boat! Noah!"

Brad Paisley: "Everybody be safe out there. Holy cow. Enough rain for the entire year."

Soooo  many of my friends have been affected by the flooding, mass devastation, sad.  Prayers needed!!
