Miranda Lambert  appears on the cover of Country Weekly's Mother's Day issue with her own mother, Bev. On the inside, Miranda talks about her relationship with her mom, who as it happens worked as Miranda's booking agent and manager early in her career.  "She was booking me in bars," says Miranda. "She was working with me and she was kind of like my boss in a way, and I hated that, cause she was also my boss in life, 'cause she's my mom."

Over the years, Miranda and her mom Bev have continued to very close, and that's the way it's always been in her family. Miranda says, "We can just get in a huge screaming match and five minutes later, 'I love you.' We're not one of those, like, 'stay mad for a long time' type of people."
