17-year-old Aaron Kelly may have been cut from American Idol last week, but he's now looking forward to launching a country career very soon. Citing Racal Flatts and Keith Urban as the two acts that inspire him the most, Aaron says, "I have a great time performing country music. I see myself hopefully going down that road."

Aaron actually got to meet the Flatts when they performed on American Idol during country week.  He describes them as "down to earth guys," noting, "They thanked me for doing their music on the show...it's an honor to do their music on the show." Four contestants remain on American Idol, airing Tuesday night 7:00 CST on Fox.
