Jason Aldean may hae a lot of explaining to do to his wife and his fans. Jason was photographed this past Wednesday (9/26) reportedly snuggling and kissing former 'America Idol' contestand Brittany Kerr while in Los Angeles.

Photos of Aldean and Kerry flirting, hugging, touching and caressing one another romantically in full view on a patio bar at the Den on Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles were obtained and posted by TMZ. In one somewhat blurry image, they appear to be kissing. The rest of the photos are clear and feature suggestive body language between the two.  Jason ended up leaving the bar without Kerr.

Aldean and wife Jessica Ussery who have two daughters were high school sweethearts and married in 2001. Jason is gearing up to release his much anticipated upcoming album 'Night Train' on October 16th.

I'm unbelievably disappointed.  There is already a lot of fans making excuses for Jason's behavior but in the end, cheating is cheating and one of the lowest forms of human behavior. This story will be interesting to follow as neither Jason or Brittany's camp have issued a statement as of yet.
