McCready's concerned family members called for an emergency hearing yesterday (2/6) to intervene in her alcohol and mental health issues.  The judge made the order to have her committed to treatment facility for up to 21 days for a mental health and alcohol abuse evalutaion, according to a report on E! News.

McCready's sons Zander, 6, and Zayne, 9 months, were both removed from her Arkansas home on Wednesday by family services.

McCready has been reeling since the January death of her boyfriend, David Wilson, who reportedly died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  During the emergency hearing, McCready apparently admitted that she "indulged in too much alcohol because she was still mourning David's passing," according to E!.

A source says, "Mindy needs to get help and we all care and love her and we want her to get the right help so she can move on. She is in a bad state right now, depressed and unhappy. It is not good."

Wow.  She fought for so long to get custody of her oldest child from her parents and now she's lost both her children.  How does she recover from rock bottom?
