Once a cheater always a cheater?  LeAnn Rimes worries that could be true with husband Eddie Cibrian.  Their relationship started with an affair when both were married to other people and I'm not sure how anyone who starts a relationship that way could ever trust their partner 100%.  Trust is key is a successful relationship.  She tells Entertainment Tonight “I would be ignorant to say, and everyone else would think I am a liar if I didn’t say, yes, and I have at times.” 

LeAnn goes on to say that Eddie sometimes has the same concerns about her having an extra-marital affair, but they're talking through it.

The singer explains, "I think we’ve been very honest and open with that to each other and our conversations about it have only made me understand how much he actually cares, as much as I do, about being faithful to each other.”

Rimes went through some pretty dark times during her recent stay in a treatment facility for depression, anxiety and stress-related disorders. LeAnn tells ET there was even a point she worried about possibly taking her life.

"Of course, I think anybody could," she says. "I think any smart person would know that it is always a possibility that you could always get that sad and deep.  I worried that was a possibility [but] I know I would never.”
