Holy tears!  This just killed me, hit me right in the heart and it took me a bit to compose myself.  Can you imagine being away from your child or children for over a year?  No way.  I couldn't do it.

Soldier Veronica Velasquez  has been deployed in Afghanistan for over a year.  She surprised her  fifth-grader, Jamie, at school this week and as you can imagine it was an extremely emotional reunion.  See their reunion below...
