Ashley Judd's marriage to race car driver Dario Franchitti is ending after a 10 year union.

They released a statement saying, "We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We'll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed."

The 44-year-old actress and the 39-year-old Indianapolis 500 champion tied the knot in his native Scotland in December of 2001. They do not have any children together.

Oh sad.  I just love Ashley.  They sure made one good-looking couple didn't they?
