A few days after using a restroom in a Tennessee restaurant while out running errands, Patricia Barnes received a bill in the mail for $5!

 I cannot even believe how ridiculous this story is!  THEN to find out she tries to give them the money and they won't take it!!  Why send her the bill then?  Un.Real.
