When I hear someone got a heart tattoo, I think sweet, pretty heart not a LITERAL heart???

Miley Cyrus got fresh ink fromKat Von D at her High Voltage studio in Hollywood this weekend.

Von D posted a photo of the design (above right) on Instagram, next to an image of the tattoo’s inspiration. The caption reads, "Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus-a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart!"

Meanwhile, Cyrus and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth continue to be the subject of much media speculation regarding their seemingly rocky relationship. Cyrus re-tweeted on Sunday, “Lies took over the world..... Facts don't really hold value anymore!" 

Hemsworth has been spending time with his family in his homeland of Australia, while Cyrus has remained in Los Angeles venturing out without her engagement ring.
