Ever Wonder How Much it Would Cost You to Attend a Winter Games Event?

by Paul Heling

Ticket prices vary by event and your location at the event.  According to NJ.com they vary from $15 to $1,200 USD.  We took a look at the official ticket site of the Games and found some Opening Ceremony tickets as high as $1,400 USD.  We've listed the prices of some various events below so you can get a taste of the price ranges.

By the way, the average monthly salary in Russia is 30,000 Rubles or about $850 USD on a recent conversion chart.  Interesting to see on that chart that if you bring in $28,373 or more a year here in the States, congratulations are in order... you sir or maddam are a Russian millionaire.
