Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) - A Cascade man could spend the next 40 years in jail after allegedly having sex repeatedly with a 12 year old girl. 20 year old Devan Hill was charged Wednesday in Sheboygan County Court with repeated sexual assault of a child after meeting a 12 year old girl on Facebook, beginning a relationship with her, then touching her inappropriately and engaging in sexual intercourse numerous times since early this spring. According to the criminal complaint, the case came to light after rumors started swirling around the girls’ school that she was pregnant after sleeping with Hill on numerous occasions at her parents’ apartment.
