Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) -  A Sheboygan man was seriously injured Thursday afternoon in a bicycle accident in Sheboygan.  According to Captain Steve Cobb, 32 year old Julian Ortigoza crashed around noon while biking northbound on Eighth Street when he went over the handlebars for no apparent reason and fell headfirst onto the ground.  Ortigoza was taken by helicopter to Froedert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Wauwatosa.  Cobb said Ortigoza was unconscious when emergency crews arrived on the scene, and he may have been drunk at the time.  No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
