Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is hospitalized in critical condition after falling from his bicycle in downtown Sheboygan about noon yesterday. Police said 32 year old Julian Ortigoza was northbound on 8th Street when he flipped over the handlebars for no apparent reason and hit the pavement headfirst. Ortigoza was flighted to Froedert in Milwaukee where a spokesperson said this morning that he is listed in critical condition. Police said alcohol may have been a factor in the accident.
