Elkhart Lake, Wis. (WHBL) - One person was hospitalized early Sunday night in a rear-end collision caused by a deer in the town of Rhine just south of the village of Elkhart Lake. The Sheriff’s Department said a car driven by 49 year old Elisabeth Kuhn of New Holstien was northbound on Highway 67 when it stopped suddenly for a deer and was rear-ended by a car driven by 29 year old Adam Turner of Plymouth. The impact caused Kuhn’s car to overturn. A passenger in her car, a 50 year old Texas woman, was taken to St. Nicholas Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No one else was injured.
